Foreign Trade Analyst (all genders)
Responsibilities
- Manage international procurement while ensuring compliance with customs regulations;
- Analyze, negotiate, and contract international freight services with approved logistics partners that meet AEO requirements;
- Coordinate directly with customs brokers throughout the import process;
- Manage and monitor import operations from supplier negotiations through delivery to the manufacturing facility, including pricing, lead times, freight negotiations, shipping, customs clearance, invoice issuance, and cargo tracking;
- Analyze import costs and process settlements;
- Perform product competitiveness analyses and benchmarking;
- Work with a wide range of imported goods, including raw materials, indirect materials, capital equipment, IMO cargo, and others.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field;
- Knowledge of import processes, international logistics, and customs clearance;
- Knowledge of AEO Certification, SUFRAMA, Bonded Warehouse, and Drawback programs is an advantage;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Must have easy access to the Vinhedo, SP region.
