We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our team at our Vinhedo, São Paulo facility.

Responsibilities

Manage international procurement while ensuring compliance with customs regulations;
Analyze, negotiate, and contract international freight services with approved logistics partners that meet AEO requirements;
Coordinate directly with customs brokers throughout the import process;
Manage and monitor import operations from supplier negotiations through delivery to the manufacturing facility, including pricing, lead times, freight negotiations, shipping, customs clearance, invoice issuance, and cargo tracking;
Analyze import costs and process settlements;
Perform product competitiveness analyses and benchmarking;
Work with a wide range of imported goods, including raw materials, indirect materials, capital equipment, IMO cargo, and others.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field;
Knowledge of import processes, international logistics, and customs clearance;
Knowledge of AEO Certification, SUFRAMA, Bonded Warehouse, and Drawback programs is an advantage;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Advanced or fluent English.
