CCL Label Hohenems moves to Dornbirn

In the business area Dornbirn/Pfeller, office and production space with a floor space of 13,000 m² is currently being built. CCL Label wants to make the new location with 20,000 m² sustainable and fit for the future. The new 140 meters long and 70 meters wide building offers state-of-the-art workplaces for 220 employees.

New Building urgently needed

„After ongoing expansions over the past 30 years, we have reached the limits at our current location in Hohenems. The investment in the new building and state-of-the-art production facilities ensures optimal production conditions. In addition to creating capacity and another 60 jobs, the focus is on sustainable, recycling-friendly solutions, which we are implementing at the new site,” says Günther Birkner, member of the CCL management.

Sustainable Energy Production

The heating energy for the building, which is of solid construction, is primarily covered by heat recovery from the production machines, compressors and afterburners. “With the new building, we are doubling our current capacity and investing in the latest printing technologies,” says a delighted Bernd Schmidle, plant manager. “We will optimize and digitalize the whole production process.”

The new site will continue to produce premium shrink sleeves for national and international customers in the food and dairy, beverage, home- and personal care business.
