HR Systems & Information Analyst (Compensation & Benefits) (all genders)
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime, etc.);
- Create management reports and dashboards to support leadership;
- Support strategic analyses for decision-making;
- Monitor HR performance indicators and goals;
- Support the development and maintenance of the company's job grading and salary structure;
- Conduct internal salary analyses and market benchmarking;
- Manage salary adjustments, promotions, and employee classifications;
- Administer employee benefits programs;
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and vendors;
- Monitor benefits costs and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Previous experience in HR processes;
- Knowledge of HR metrics, compensation, and benefits;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have easy access to the Vinhedo, SP region.
