Foreign Trade Analyst (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Manage international procurement while ensuring compliance with customs regulations;
• Analyze, negotiate, and contract international freight services with approved logistics partners that meet AEO requirements;
• Coordinate directly with customs brokers throughout the import process;
• Manage and monitor import operations from supplier negotiations through delivery to the manufacturing facility, including pricing, lead times, freight negotiations, shipping, customs clearance, invoice issuance, and cargo tracking;
• Analyze import costs and process settlements;
• Perform product competitiveness analyses and benchmarking;
• Work with a wide range of imported goods, including raw materials, indirect materials, capital equipment, IMO cargo, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field;
• Knowledge of import processes, international logistics, and customs clearance;
• Knowledge of AEO Certification, SUFRAMA, Bonded Warehouse, and Drawback programs is an advantage;
• Intermediate Excel skills;
• Advanced or fluent English.
