Minimalism that works: Pouches require up to 80% less material than conventional packaging – making them up to five times lighter than PET bottles. Compared to glass, metal or composite cartons, they offer a much better carbon footprint. Plastic is energy-efficient to process and in CCL’s mono-material design (PP or PE), fully recyclable. Their smart design enables up to 99% product evacuation – a record among all packaging types. That’s sustainability in action: efficient, resource-friendly and circular.
Slim Lightweight
Less packaging means more efficiency: The low weight of Pouches reduces transport costs and emissions throughout the entire supply chain. After use, they can be flattened for space-saving disposal. The closed-loop recycling system becomes a reality – today’s Pouches become tomorrow’s Pouches.

Everything From a Single Source
CCL produces premium Pouches from high-quality films, custom-printed and decorated for a wide range of applications. From just a few millilitres to several hundred, the portfolio includes classic stand-up Pouches, 4-side seal Pouches, stick packs, single-serve sachets and a variety of closures and dispensing systems. Sterilised options for pharmaceutical use and solutions for hot filling are also available.
CCL Specialty Pouches, based in Brunello, Italy, specialises in the production of Pre-Made Pouches. The site handles printing, lamination and quality control – all in-house.
