CCL booth NPE2024

CCL will be showcasing its latest In Mold Label innovations at the NPE2024 plastics show

IML is a rapidly growing decoration technology for packaging – not only I the United States but
globally. The label becomes an integral part of injection or blow moulded plastic containers
without the need for adhesives, typically using the same resin material as the container for easy
recycling
,” says Dan Webb who heads up the IML plant of CCL in Collierville, Tennessee.
IML is premium decoration that looks attractive on the sales shelves and stands out from the
crowd. We will be showcasing examples of IML products to demonstrate the whole range of our
capabilities – along with packaging examples of existing customers around the world to inspire
packaging designers, technical packaging engineers and brand marketers. We invite everyone
to stop by who is looking to upgrade their packaging with a solution that is compatible with and
will be sorted in the mixed colored PP recycling stream by matching PP (polypropylene) rigid
containers with a PP label.

CCL meets Creaprint:
CCL acquired privately held Creaprint S.L., based in Alicante, Spain (“Creaprint”) in July 2023.
With over 25 years of experience in IML, Creaprint is one of the most important producers in the
world in terms of technology, know-how, means and production capacity. Creaprint has recently
invested into a new production facility where operations will relocate later this year.
Although we joined one of the world-leader in labels and packaging, the IML footprint within the
company remains relatively small. We see ourselves as alternative and flexible premium
provider for international and local brands that need a dedicated and reliable supplier that
produces products using the latest technology
“, comments José Vincente Guillem, general
manager of the CCL Spain IML plant near Alicante.

You will find the CCL booth in West Hall, booth 389
